By that logic no one should be able to enter any country because they might be a terrorist as well. So to protect yourself you must build a complete wall against any foreign citizen entering you country ever. Immigration is in alot of places and economic and moral necessity, and has always been the case especially in Canada. The concentration should be on letting proper people in, not sequestering someone's foreign grandmother because there might be an attack...there will always be conflict in the world..and terrorism did not being with immigrants, and will not end with them either. It's only a matter of time before the next attack. Start closing all the borders and stop making it so easy for them to get in. The current soft policies are only a recipe for disaster.
